In the effort to curb the illegal practice of the unlicensed individuals practicing Real Estate in the Philippines despite the 10 year old RESA LAW, the Philippine Regulatory Board on Real Estate Service formed the BANTAY COLORUM TASK FORCE (BCTF). Such will be carried out mainly by the licensed Real Estate Practitioners in the Philippines. Details on the deputization of this task force will be released soon.
