E-ONETT, the latest addition to the E-Services offered by the Bureau of Internal Revenue. This is a web based system that will enable the taxpayers to file and pay ONETT returns and taxes, as well as, apply for e-CAR (Certificate Authorizing Registration) online anytime and anywhere.
According to Region 8A Makati BIR Regional Director Florante R. Aninag, this system shall address the dilemma of slow manual process, lack of manpower, outdated programs and the challenges due to pandemic. ONETT digitization shall lead to better processes and procedures, improved collection of ONETT related taxes and reduction of physical interaction.

Online Application for eCAR
Online Submission of Documents
Online Monitoring of Application Status
Online Payments
Online Generation of ONETT Computation Sheet (OCS), BIR Forms No. 1706, 1606, and 2000-OT.
This electronic system is initially applicable only for Cash Sale Transactions of Real Properties located under the jurisdiction of Pilot Offices in Revenue Regions: 4 San Fernando Pampanga, 5 Caloocan City, 6 Manila, 7A Quezon City, 7B East NCR, 8A Makati City, 8B South NCR, 9A Calamiro and 9B LaQueMar.
To facilitate the process, taxpayers are required to create an account via eonett.bir.gov.ph .
